Ordering Process:

1. How do I order a custom item? To order a custom item featuring your pet's illustration, simply select your desired product, customize it with your preferences including font style and thread color if adding text, and upload up to four photos of your pet during checkout

2. How do I add more than one pet to an item? You can easily add additional pets to your item by selecting the "Add an additional pet to an embroidery order" listing. Each extra pet incurs an additional fee of £8 or £15 depending on the style of illustration you have chosen. After selecting the quantity, proceed to upload your pet photos as usual.

3. What do I do if there's an issue with my order?If you encounter any problems with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at hello@patchpops.com. Be sure to include your order number and relevant photos detailing the issue, and we'll swiftly assist you.

4. When will I receive my order? Orders typically take 5-10 working days to process from the date of order placement. Please note that if multiple revision stages are requested, this may affect the processing time. After processing, international orders may take up to an additional 3 weeks for delivery.

6. What type of photos work best for the pet illustration? The best photos for pet illustrations are those that capture your pet's personality. Opt for clear, close-up shots where your pet is looking their best. Smiling photos, particularly for dogs, tend to produce excellent results.
